Our chef offers a market-driven cuisine, flavorful and inventive, made exclusively with fresh, local, and seasonal products. People come as much for the homemade cuisine as for the atmosphere and the team!
Our restaurant is open:

  • every evening from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM from May 1st to October 15th (excluding weekends, closed Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
  • and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, from October 16th to April 30th.

For any group dining requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’d be delighted to open the restaurant for you.

Breakfast served from 6.00am!

Start your day the best way possible with a varied and high in vitamins breakfast, served in the form of a buffet. It is composed with different types of bread, pastries, fresh cakes, Basque cake, crepes, local cold meats, cheeses, fromage blanc, yoghurts, rice pudding, fruit purée, fresh fruits salad, dried and fresh fruits, seeds, cereals, hard or scrambled eggs, bacon… As well as cold and hot drinks. The breakfast is served from 6.00am to 10.00am from July 1st to August 31st.

The bar of the hotel is open everyday to help you ease into the Basque atmosphere the minute of your arrival!

A sunny terrace hosts you the heyday for your meals or relaxing moments. During summer, enjoy our Tapas card for the aperitif.
